Big Boulder Ski Area

Big Boulder is the closest ski area to our Lake Harmony homes, roughly five minutes down the road, so you can be on the snow soon after breakfast and back at the house for lunch if you like.

It's a relaxed, family-friendly hill with runs for beginners and improving skiers, and it has long been known for its terrain parks, making it a hit with snowboarders and teens. Big Boulder shares its lift tickets and website with sister resort Jack Frost, about ten minutes away, so a group with mixed abilities can split up and try both.
